Vehicle Accessory Marketing

I was responsible for producing videos displayed on in‑store TVs to encourage customers to explore OEM accessories after purchase. For the purpose of this portfolio, the content was shortened. All footage properly licensed through Subaru of America for marketing purposes.

Subaru Accessory Sheets

I designed a set of physical presentation sheets to help customers explore Subaru accessories right at the dealership, before completing their vehicle purchase. The goal was to make accessory options simple, visually appealing, and easy to understand. Turning what can feel overwhelming online into a hands‑on, engaging experience.
These sheets not only highlighted Subaru’s accessory lineup but also supported sales across multiple departments (Sales, Service, and Parts) while aligning with Subaru of America’s broader accessory sales goals.

Vehicle Presentations

While working under the Sales Department, I produced video content designed to capture customer attention and encourage appointments during slower months. These ranged from casual, conversational pieces to more polished productions that showcased vehicles in their best form.

Salesman Street Interviews Most dealership content follows the same recycled template of what went viral in a given week. Replication of this material rarely works. Instead of making dealerships and salesman feel approachable, this style of content often reinforces employees as out of touch or overly intense. I wanted to break that mold with something more human and engaging. I pitched a street-interview style concept featuring dealership staff that aimed to put employees in a playful, slightly uncomfortable situation that would spark genuine facial reactions and laughter. To achieve this, I was to ask questions that were deliberately unexpected, the content would highlight the individual personality of the employee making the dealership feel more welcome and relatable. Format: ⦁Each participant would answer 10 true/false questions. ⦁Five questions relate directly to Subaru and it's brand. ⦁Five questions would be completely left-field designed to catch them off guard. ⦁For every correct answer, the employee would earn $1, with a maximum reward of $10. Just enough incentive to encourage their willingness to participate. Sample Questions: - American Prohibition was repealed with the 21st Amendment. (True) - Modern English is a North Germanic language. (False — it’s West Germanic) - Sabrina Carpenter released her debut single in 2014. (True) - Organic agriculture guarantees foods are completely pesticide‑free. (False — USDA‑approved pesticides are allowed) - Ramon (salesman) is a Scorpio. (False — he’s an Aquarius) - The first vehicle imported by Subaru of America was the Fuji Rabbit scooter. (True) - Subaru of Indiana has been landfill‑free since 2004. (True) - Subaru’s first collaboration with Toyota was the Solterra. (False — it was the BRZ) - Subaru is the only manufacturer with full‑time AWD. (True) - In 2025, Consumer Reports ranked Subaru above Toyota as the Best Mainstream Car Brand. (True) The concept was well-received internally for its humor but ultimately never moved forward. I stand behind it as an example of how clever marketing can reshape dealership image into something more engaging and approachable.
